Our services include live workshops, mentoring sessions, and guided learning tracks. All bookings are final upon confirmation. As these sessions require resource allocation and scheduling, we do not offer reimbursements for canceled sessions. Instead, you may transfer your session to another date or participant by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Transfer requests received later may not be accommodated due to resource constraints.

3. Information Products

Our info products include e-guides, video tutorials, and digital resource kits. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 10% of the content. To request a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Physical Goods

We offer printed materials and merchandise. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you have 30 days from shipment to request a replacement or reimbursement. To initiate a claim, reach out via our contact form with photos of the issue. Reviewed claims that meet criteria will be addressed with a replacement shipment or a reimbursement processed within 15 business days.

5. General Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized sharing of content or disruptive behavior is prohibited and may lead to access suspension.
